高射砲塔建造日誌（１）

火星からコンニチワ！

今日からテックプリーストになったhortenです。
今回は、インペリアルガード向けの防御施設「インペリアルフラックタワー」を建造します。

我がインペリウム宇宙艦隊は銀河に比類なき勢力を誇りますが、なにぶん皇帝陛下の統治領域は広大。
偉大なる陛下の武威をあまねく知らしめるには、我々臣民の力はまだまだ不足しております。
まったく、銀河には物分りの悪いゼノや、頭の悪いゼノや、立場をわきまえないゼノや、背教者など、ゴミクズ以下のやつらがハビコッテいますからね。
銀河をいったい誰のものだと思っているのでしょうか？
間借り人は、間借り人らしくオトナシクしていやがれってなもんです。

まぁ全部究極浄化すりゃいいんですが、どいつもこいつも一人前にしぶといもんで、艦隊がいくらあっても足りないわけです。
それに、忠実なる臣民の為に居住惑星を確保しなくちゃなりませんしね。

で、インペリアルガードの出番になるわけですが、前述のとおり常に艦隊の支援があるわけではありません。
時には不愉快なことに、惑星軌道をゼノの艦隊に封鎖されてしまうこともあります。

そういった苦しい前線で、小うるさいゼノの艦隊を追い払うのが今回建造中の高射砲塔の役目です。

現在製造中の高射砲塔は角型、重武装のH塔といわれるタイプ。
８門のツインリンクヘヴィボルターと2門のツインリンクアンチエアクラフトオートキャノンで武装しています。

現状は基本構造が完成。
これに武装を施し、地下施設に強力な機械精霊の宿る動力装置を備え付ければ完成します。
前線で短期間に建設できるよう分解、運搬できるように設計されたスバラシイ設計になっています。

こいつが、皇帝陛下に逆らう身の程知らずドモを、ひき肉の山に変えていく様が目に浮かびますねぇ～フヒャヒャヒャハァ～

おっと、取り乱してしまいました。
皇帝陛下の恩為に、微力ながらお仕えできますことは臣民たるものの無上の喜びであります！
