非常に感銘を受けた演説なので、あんまり来訪者が多いブログではないですがご披露。
これは今、色々な問題に直面している人にとって、すばらしい励ましになると思います。

「夢、実りがたく、敵あまたなりとも、胸に悲しみを秘めて我は勇みて行かん」

ちょっとへこんだとき口にしたい言葉ですねぇ。
こういう同時代人のすばらしい言葉を折々報道すれば、世の中の方向をちょっとでも前向きにしていけると思うんですが、「大変産業」のマスコミはこれを報道しないどころか、俗で歪んだ解釈で捻じ曲げて報道しているんですから困ったものです。

＜小泉純一郎前総理あいさつ＠「日本夢づくり道場」＞

平成１８年１１月７日（火）
於：党本部１０１号室

　ああ、久しぶりですね。最近は総理を辞めてから、約ひと月ですか。重責から解放されて、ホッとひといきというところでしょうか。今日は奥田経団連名誉会長がこうして来ていただいて、お忙しいところ大変、３ヶ月先まで予定が詰まって大変忙しい方に来ていただいて、私は３ヶ月先まで白紙ですから（笑い）手帳見て楽しいですね（笑い）毎日、さまざまな面会に、講演依頼にお断りするのが仕事ですから（笑い）

　まあ、そういうせいかね、総理大臣のときにはよく嘘っぱちの記事を書かれましたよ。ガセネタをもとに、嘘が書けるなとあきれてたんだけどね、総理やめてもまた嘘書かれちゃう。イタリアに移住するとか（笑い）考えてみて、なんでイタリアに移住なのか。確かに移住したんです。総理大臣公邸から、選挙区の横須賀の自宅に移住したんです。そしたらイタリアに移住する。横須賀とイタリア。どうして関係あるのか。確かに横須賀にもうまいイタ飯屋はあります（笑い）。三浦も選挙区なんでね、三浦半島、地中海とはいいませんけどね、海が見えますね、マグロはうまい、アジもいい、サバもいい、アワビ、サザエ、魚介類、うまいですよ。そういうところがイタリアに似てるからね、選挙区の自宅に帰ったらイタリアに移住したことになっている。まあともかく、この年になって、私はもう外国に住みたいと思いませんね。外国にも何回か行きました。つくづく、日本はいいな。住むなら日本だと(笑)そう思ってる、今日この頃であります。

　今日は講演は奥田名誉会長にお願いしますが、私はあいさつですからね、夢づくり。夢といって私が思い出すのは、ドン・キホーテ。ラ・マンチャの男。このなかで、ラ・マンチャの男のミュージカルを見た人はいますか？（誰も手をあげない）いない？？残念だなあ。あんないいミュージカル。夢の大切さ、人間の愚かさ、豊かさ、よく描いてる。ミュージカルの名作ですよ。「夢、実りがたく、敵あまたなりとも、胸に悲しみを秘めて我は勇みて行かん」――いつも、これを口ずさんで、私は総理大臣の職に立っていた。まあ、全部反対したり、郵政民営化なんか叶うわけがない、あんたはドン・キホーテだよと国会議員から言われた。「敵、あまたなりとも我は勇みて行かん」。

　夢といえばね、誰でも夢持ってる。みんな違う夢でいい。人間それぞれ持ち味が違うんだから。私はよく歌舞伎を見に行くんですけども、歌舞伎のいい役者ってのは、さまざまな持ち味があって、名優がたくさんいます。私がいちっばん気を付けているのは、実際その名役者が動作している、踊ったり、セリフを言っているところではない。じっとしているとき。それぞれの役があって、セリフがあって、誰かが動作する。そのときに、いい役者ってのはその雰囲気に合わせて、緊張しているときには黙っていても緊張感が漂っているんですよ。雰囲気が漂っている。おもしろい場面には、くすっとして？おもしろい雰囲気が出てる、何にも言わなくとも。ところが、いい役者でない役者は、自分がセリフがない、自分の役、動作が終わると、ポカーンとしている。それが雰囲気に出ちゃう。ここが、いい役者とそうでない役者の違いなんです。黙っているからといって、見てる人は見てる。皆さんみたいに、演説しているときだけ、自分が質問しているときだけ、選挙民と握手しているときだけ、酒飲むときだけ、お酌しているときだけが政治活動じゃないんですよ。日頃の行動、選挙民は言葉よりも感ずるんですよ。この人は何をしてくれるか、信じることができるか、期待できる、こう雰囲気を出すというのは日頃の行動ですね。よく学び、よく遊べという言葉がある。机の上の勉強だけが学びじゃないんですよ。遊ぶということも必要なんです。だから、これからは、そういう、皆さん努力、どういう政治家になるか楽しみなんですよ。

　ただ、政治家っていうのは、常に使い捨てされるということを覚悟しなければいけない。使い捨てにされるっていうことを嫌がっちゃいけない。総理大臣だって使い捨てにされる。国会議員だって、一回一回選挙ごとに使い捨てにされるということを覚悟しなきゃいけない。当たり前なんです。甘えちゃだめです。だからこのとき使ってもらった、選んでもらったということに喜びを感じながら、そのたび全力を尽くす。さらに使おうと有権者が思ったら、また使ってもらえばいい。使い捨てされるなんてイヤだなんて言った人は、国会議員にならない方がいい。常に使い捨てされて当たり前だと思って、日頃向上心を持って頑張っていただきたい。そして夢。夢は実りがたいんですね。ジャマする人たくさんいる。敵はあまたなり。しかし、勇みて行かん。こういう気持ちを持って、夢を持ちながら、志を持って頑張っていただきたい。あとは、議員の話よりも、経済のトップである奥田さんの話の方が勉強になると思います（拍手）
